The picture is not so clear, but it looks like one of the wire is connected to ground, can you double check, the relay works in negative logic, so when the pin is connected to ground it activates.
@hydrosys4 will check. Not sure I understand. The system was working okay, when I shut water down in October. So no program was run until now, so wires wouldn't have changed. As mentioned I turned my water on and one of the valves kept running.
To better understand, let's call the section that is always on as relay1 and the other section relay2. So relay1 is always on, but if you enable the relay2 then the relay1 temporarily disable until relay2 is acitve and then reopen again.
This looks like a wiring problem.
Anyway, can you send a picture of the relay you are using, and also the screenshot of the Hardwaresetting table (with the relays setting)
OK, so let's focus a little on that sector. When you test it using the "setting" page, for example for 10 seconds, does it work properly? or when you start the system, the vale just opens and does not close anymore?
@hydrosys4 when water turned on one section just kept spraying. Did test other sections and would temporarily override, but then after time finished would go back to running the one section, so I had to go to my main valve to shut off water
More info. I am able to test different sectors, but it comes back to one sector running continuously. It does not shut off and system not set to run until next month
The SW does not update itself, so if it worked before, I do not see how this can be a configuration problem.

By the way according to the second picture which is the relay whit problem starting from the rigth?
Connections looks ok,
The relay board has a LED for each relay, can you check if the relay LED is ON when the valve is ON?
can you send the screenshot of the HardwareSetting page showing the table with the relays?

Sorry, first time using. System does not shut off, just continual run of water. Do I need to restart and if so not sure how
There are no elements to analyze, better you put some details or the post is useless and will be removed
