I'm not really sure what you mean by two different people. I'm sorry you don't believe me that the relay board was broken. There were bent pins on the hat...I bent them back. I wish that I had taken pictures of the destroyed box, but I didn't. I have ordered a new relay board already and it will be here this weekend. I told you that I would pay you for the Hat. How do I go about doing that?

Just looking at the picture of the board I see no damage, so I found it hard to believe that the relay board which is substantially more robust to be broken. It is also quite weird the way you approach the conversation, it looks like the two posts are written from different people with several contradictions. That's enough for me.

Actually, yes. The box did arrive several days after you returned my money, but the box was completely destroyed, the relay board was broken, the voltage regulator was totally missing and the box was wrapped it plastic wrap. If you would like me to send you something for the "Hat" I am willing to do that, but that is all I have that is useful. I am waiting now for a new relay board.

Not at all trying to complain, just surprised there wasn't more specifics to this board on the site itself. I expected the site to be updated with data on the more current "Hats."

From what is written on the board I see it is the Automation hat 11.2. If you look carefully there are several pictures of this exact board version on the Tindie product description where you purchased the board.

But before speaking about other matters, I'd like to address one issue first:

I full refunded your order because the package was lost, but now you confirmed that the board arrived to you. Do you have any feeling about it? you send me several mails and messages that the package cannot be tracked but you forget to tell me that the package was actually arrived.

Your post looks more like a collection of complains than a real request for support, what is your scope after all?
