connecting multiple PT100 temp sensors to autom hat rev 10.4 using max31865

Hi there, im trying to connect many max31865 boards into automation hat 10.4 in order to get reading from PT100 temperature sensors. My question Is following: 1. how to connect max31865, and will it work with the Angelo's board and gui?

2. can i connect few max31865 on the same wires in order to read the temperature just like with DS20B18 thermometers?

Any idea what board would be working with multiple pt100 and RPI? I was thinking about using Nodered as a program but have no idea how to manage multiple pt100 connections and what hardware to use :(
