So i bought this cheap analog sensor. I'm wondering if it will even work. I connected 3, 4 and 6 pin on the sensor to analog input of the V10 Hydrosys4 board. and these are the settings:I'm getting 0.0 V reading. Any ideas?
No idea what the reason might be
Hmmm mine works ok. :(
yes i know, my signal jumps from 7.05 to 7.53 to 6.03 etc.
Mine is quite stable, try to adjust it with a screwdriver, there are two screws that change the reading
i also tried to do the same thing, but the value is not stable ... how do i solve?
For now only for normaln growth but might be for hydroponics in the future
Thanks for sharing! Now we need a video called Raspberry HP meter :). Anyway are you going to use the pH sensor for hydroponics?
ok it seems that it works, i connected it to a different pin. You should use 3, 5, 6 pins of the ph-meter. I bought it here. Destilled water:
Lemon juice:
Tap water:

Thanks :) This video that helped me a bit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zUEl3Y3yKL4&t=514s&ab_channel=ElectronicClinic
Well, I'd connect also the sensor pin 5 to ground. (same ground).
Anyway just to check if the analog input in the AutomationHat works, did you try to connect to the 5v and see the reading?
Let me know I'm interested to see if this type of sensor works.
Thanks,
Angelo
