I got this a while ago and got it wired up and it works awesome.
Great for many types of systems and it works off 12v.
One thing to note is the inlet thread is G3/4. I didn't catch that when I ordered it so I had to purchase an adapter to attach to a garden hose. You can also double up on the hose gasket in a pinch if you don't have the adapter just to test it but I recommend the adapter for reliability.
It specifies .8 Mpa as the max pressure but I wouldn't push it that high. Some reviewers were saying the solenoid has some issues toggling at that pressure.
Since I'm using this in a solar system I measured the power draw on the solenoids at around 800-1000mAh
I plan on using one of the outlets as a water cannon to blast the area when a motion sensor detects movement in order to deter pests from touching my beautiful plants
Oh yeah that was the first thing I did. I had an old sprinkler controller box i hacked up to install the valve in so its away from the sun. Im using outdoor CAT6 cable to power the solenoids and its working awesome. Just need to set some time so i can finally install my moisture sensors
