Have some questions, As you do not have WiFi, I suppose your raspberry is not connected to the internet, or are you using Ethernet cable connection? Even if you connect the Sensor using the wifi so without using the cable, you will get max range of about 50m. The situation looks complicate. Normally the signal to activate the Relay is more robust than the signal from the sensor. Even trying to use the cables, It would be better to locate the Raspberry relatively close to the sensor, and the relay close to the Pump, valves, with long cables going from relay to the raspberry. In other posts in this forum, I recall somebody installed it at 50m far (not 100m anyway). You can have a look at it.
i have receive your automatisation hat and 1 moisture sensor for start.😉
Like explain before pump and selenoid are far from my crop i need place the raspeberry with hydrosys near them. can you support me to make the moisture sensor without cable ? i have no wifi in the crop and approximatively 100m....
All the sensors that I know can be put some meters apart from the raspberry (<5m). But as the system supports the MQTT protocol, there might be a chance to use the WiFi signal and an analog Hygrometer connected to the ESP board.
If you are familiar with those devices, you can try it.
yes, this is possible. In your case you require one sensor associated with one relay and another sensor associated with a different relay. In general there is no SW limitation in the number of lines and sensors. It's definitely Hardware limited.
Hello there.
Just finish to implement the support for Long distance transmission >1Km using the HC-12 transmitter.
You can check the tutorial here:
Hello,
That's quite a big distance to cover.

The system can be set in different modes, basically it works by changing the number of irrigations.
I suggest to have a look at the following link:
I made also a video which provides details about the autowatering setting.
thank you for your reply
i have bit difficulties to understand how your sensor work
with the data of the sensor it increase the time of the watering?
exemple :
if i program 4 water start per day of 15min does it increase the lenght of the watering or does it add 5th start on the day?
does it possible to add an EC sensor and program a target value
the sensor open or close the pump or a valve to obtain target value
thank you for all
Well, it's a little complicate ...

I'll provide support for the configuration.
thank you for your reply, do you think it's possible that my sensor are at 35 meter of the raspberry?
