I have connected relays, a/d converter, 4 DS18B20, BME280, working fine.
I cannot get anything from the dht22 on pin(gpio) 24. i bought another pi 4b and new sensor and sd card , and connected it in a lab situation, still nothing.

Regarding the humidity, did you make any comparison between the dht22 and bme280? I'm curious to see if there is some major difference between the two. As I know the dht22 tend to deteriorate quite fast.
There was a problem in that release, it has been fixed in the following release 3.26b
