Hi there,
Firstly, thank you for such great work. I am working daily on your program to learn more and more. I'm loving it.
Is there any way to remove data spikes from the data readings? One of my sensors is the lux sensor. Because the 'ON' period is so high at times and the 'off' period is zero, the average reading on the home page is always very high. I would like to know if the data spike can be edited out somewhere... this also occurs for me especially now during my bench soak testing.
I think a good addition would be to reset individual data sections... Temperature, Water, Humidity etc. unless I have missed that somewhere in the documentation :-)
Thank you again for your time.
Bob
Hi Angelo,
The setting of the sensor calibration values has helped greatly, thank you. I have now tweaked the divider as so the light sensor scale fits alongside my temp and humidity figures.
Many thanks again,
Bob
Hi Bob,
If I understood correctly, the values of the data coming from the light intensity sensor is very high and you get some kind of ugly numbers in the home page GUI.
Well there is the possibility to set the scale of the sensor reading. Go to "setting" page and click on the "sensor calibration" button. In the page you will see the list of sensors, change the sensor scale to 0.01 (this is just an example to divide the reading by 100) and click "save" button.
Let me know if this helps.
Regarding the idea to individually delete the sensor data, I agree that this might be useful. (put in the todo list with low priority :) ).
