I think it would be possible, but you need to install the normal raspbian which has a graphical interface (not the raspbian lite which is the default OS of my system) and then proceed with manual installation of the hydrosys4 as described in download page of the website.
Then on the raspberry GUI you might open the webbrowser and type the address 127.0.0.1:5172, you should be able to get into the hydrosys4 interface.
