When I test the relays under Settings, everything works perfectly. But when I test using the Watering Plan by scheduling one relay to activate all the relays activate. Any ideas? I’m using ver 3.21b. I have 19 relays, a real time clock and a temperature/humidity sensor. Thank you.

Need to better understand your statement, you said "each relay I saved its own schemas" but then you also said "I did 3 relays for P1" maybe there is a misunderstanding about how the schema works. The P1 schema is same for all the relays, you can modify it from the relay1 page or the relay2 page but it still is only one schema. As you also mentioned, one schema can be used with different multiplier (the water drops graphic) or delay to activate the relay in a different way. If the irrigation required is totally different then it is required to use other schema like P2, P3 etc.
The problem you mentioned about the irrigation every 15-20 minutes maybe due to activation that is not coming from the wateringplan but from the other automation pages like the automation or autowatering, because one method do not exclude the other and can be used together. Be sure the in automation page the "working mode" for that relay is set to none.
The wateringplan can set only up to 5 irrigation activations per day.
One tip, you can give names to the relays so that it will be easy to remember ("Setting" -> "edit names").
You can also save the complete current configuration using the "Setting" -> "DownloadConfigFiles" so in case you have issues with SD card and you reinstall the system, the configuration can be re-loaded.
Regarding the PI Zero, 3, 4 there is no difference in terms of functionalities. For the SD card of 8GB which says it is too small, this can happen as not all the SD cards have the same size even if they claim to be 8GB. Normally the cheapest may have some memory block corrupted so they are discarded leaving less memory space available.
In case you still have issues with the watering plan, better we isolate two relays and make some test configurations with them, so we can verify the behavior and the setting.
Let me know,

Yes each relay I saved its own schemas. I did 3 relays forP1. Set them about 5 mins apart. Duration was different for each. So the last one I set, which was the first to go off, all three relays activated. I have been work on this for about 2weeks. A couple of things, 1 using etcher, it sometime will fail, when it is verifying the image. I had a 8 sd card. It would not take it, said not large enough. I have new 16 gig SDs. It took 4 tries to get it to verify. I have two Pi zeros, tried both. still same problem. This all started when I was setting up the project of filling the water bucket from the RO/DI then adding the fertilizer. I had it working. The next watering was in 2 days. But when I checked it the following morning it had set off the irrigation about every 15-20 mins. So my one area was flooded. Lucky I only had one plant in it, and it was saved. The good thing is that the system worked, Irrigation, then filling second tank and adding fert. I have just been working on the watering plan to get it working again. I used the watering plan all last year and it worked great. It went bad when I added the filling part. So any help would be great.
Seems obvious but are you using different schemas for different relays? Had a look at the latest SW just to check if there was any issue, but didn't find anomalies. In case, can you send a screenshot of the watering plan page?
How are you doing with relays? My problem is I set one relay and that info is now in all the relays.Just that day. Any info help?

haha, I know what you mean.
Anyway it seems you won the record of connected relays, never heard about 19 relays before :)
Thank you sir. I now have the controller functional but spread across the dining room table. Not sure how long I’m going to get to keep it this way. My wife is giving me the evil eye.
I suppose this is due to the fact that you are using the same watering schema for all the relays. You can use different watering schema for different relays, but some of the relays should have the same planning as the schema are up to 6. You can also set watering multipliers and delays to manage the relays in different way.
