sorry, this is not supported, there are plenty of sensors and each has its own specific commands, it would be impossible to integrate all of them.
I also do not suggest to use the I2C sensors for the soil moisture. I2C protocol is not made to support cables longer than 1 meter which makes them almost useless.
This is the reason why my sensors uses a completely different protocol. Anyway in this period my sensors are not available due to the chip shortage.
