Thank you for the quick answer! May I ask why is it impossible? There are not enough GPIO's left? There is no way to reduce the number of irrigation lines to 8 which would free up GPIO's and implement the LCD feature? (Sorry for the lot of questions, I'm a bit new to RPi) I guess you are right, it seems that it's only an on/off sensor. Can you publish a schematics how to connect the buttons and the sensor as an interrupt?
